My Lunar with Movies
By the look of things, you probably might have guessed that i'm blogging from home again! Wheee. It's Chu Er today but we have no visiting and no visitors, hence i've been bumming in front of the TV and PC practically the whole morning and afternoon.
You-tubing is a must and i've always wanted to post this up but never did -
Even after watching umpteen times of it, i still don't get sick of it. Its one of the last part of a scene from the movie Step Up. Step Up 2 should be coming out soon! Had a chance to watch 27 Dresses last week with Jean and gosh, i think James Marsden is such a cutie. Hurs.
Watched the full version of Lust, Caution with my sisters last night - it has a very simple underlying story but full of emotion it was, nothing too deep to understand but filmed in an artistic manner which i truly appreciates. Tang Wei and Tony Leung were really superb, and personally, i feel that the sex scenes are vital to the development of the relationship between Tang Wei and Tony Leung. Nothing too fanciful and the amount of exposure and angle were just right. Though its a story originated from a book, i couldn't quite comprehend why there was a need for such sacrifice by the six and a folly they were when they planned their plot to assassinate Yi Xian Sheng. I have Zhang Ai Ling's Lust with me, shall give it a try and read the 21 pager, maybe i will get a different insight. Nevertheless, with or without the book - the movie is a good catch, the flow seamless and acting admirable.
