Thanks for helpin me alvin, im going totally zero.
Went for supper with tp last night, as usu, he will always miraculously turn himself into a 'Lao ah Pek' whenever i accompany him to eat supper. Whenever he is pressured, i can also feel his pressure. I have no idea whether he knows about it, but i still believe he is capable enough to handle a lot of things. He needs better distribution of work to those under him and less control of the things that are unneccesary for him to handle. One week into IHG, still no ihg website. Its a flop Deadline on sat, pushed to monday. Today is already tuesday, i still ONLY see much of an empty shell with a few pre-ihg and past matches write-ups. Ugly design, lousy schedule table. Where is the fusion? I cant see any. Its really saddening to know that our InSight team couldnt even come out with a full blast ihg website even before it starts. Its even more saddening if you compare our website to our arch rival hall, eusoff. One whole holiday, what did we do? Or rather, what did THEY do? Im fairly disppointed. Yesterday's soccer match, 3-3 against Sheares. Was at mike's room and he looked really sad. I didnt know our soccer guys has been defending champion for 3 consecutive years. I hope this can be another year for them to regain the title. Still in the loop of competition, there are still hope. Gear up for better challenges, be hungry for gold (quoting tp), yearn for victory.
Hall issues aside, im still going to talk about hall issues BUT on a brighter note.
Wednesday (its tomorrow!) is our dinner and dance at Swissotel e Stamford. Theme for my table: Faces. I wonder how and what stefy is going to draw on our face and i hope i wont look ugly in red hair. Lucky i have weijin who seems to be even more enthusiatic about choosing a black dress for me than to myself. Tried so many black dresses until everything looked rather similar. Not to mention, chaos dresses are really chaotic! And i seriously dun think my figure is good enough to carry off such skin tight dresses with bare back. (To weijin, if u r reading this, im not being critical! Haha) Ended up spending much less money than expected, got a sophisticated cool black dress. I like it. :) Thanks for the nice shopping trip and conversations together with lots of dress trying-session (squeezed in one 'chaotic' fitting room), coffee, egg tart & fried porridge (*good stuff*). Next time, we shall go shopping again....but when im less broke. Im the poorest girl on earth. I hope my dad wont know about it.
Strange. My dad didnt call me last weekend and i didn call back home either. I wonder...whether..he has...really...started....to....dis...own.......ME! *died*
