where should we go?

Yesterday was the most traumatising experience I had at work, sense of losing people and directions, uncertainties and resentment. I know the working world can never be kind and innocent but it really shows no mercy, for every decision, one person"s life is affected. Human beings are strange, when you are the ones left behind....you rather leave but the wise always say there will definitely be a silver lining. Although the team was prepared for what was to come, sadness lingers and the impact will forever make a difference towards how we feel about the team.
